As Obvious, we’ve built some exceptional digital products — think Swiggy, Dunzo, and Myntra — that now live on the phones of millions of users (including you!). We took this one step further with Pause, a time-off management tool that is completely built, maintained and marketed in-house.
We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented sales and marketing associate who believes in the value of Pause and is dedicated to nudging it in front of the right people. You'll work within a small but powerful team knit together by one common goal: to catapult Pause into the list of must-have tools for startups, agencies and small businesses.
1. Lead day-to-day sales functions at Pause. You can expect to:
a. Identify and convert leads through cold and warm outreach
b. Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
c. Conduct product demos and onboard new customers
d. Provide support to existing and potential customers using our support tools
e. Maintain an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective approaches
2. Assist the communications lead in day-to-day marketing functions at Pause. You can expect to:
a. Ideate on and execute outreach plans to increase our product's presence on external platforms
b. Support the planning and execution of social media strategies
c. Engage with the larger industry through Slack communities and other external groups
Please note: This role requires significant face time with the team and clients. To avoid situations of chronic stretch, we prefer the role to be based out of India or within the IST timezone.
